Jesk’a “Jai” Washington is a storyteller, educator, and visionary builder whose life bridges purpose and freedom. Born in the U.S. and rooted in Rwanda, Jai has spent her life creating spaces where people can grow, heal, and thrive.

She leads with heart and intention as the founder of My Cousin Connection, Rwanda’s top network for expats; co-founder of Inzozi Learning Center, a community-based education hub for out-of-school children; and steward of Jai Essence Farms, where sustainability meets legacy. As a leader at Ntare Louisenlund International School, she’s committed to shaping the next generation through global education that values culture, identity, and impact.
